How often should I receive Spinal Flow Therapy?In the beginning, it is recommended to commit to a program of 12 sessions that are completed in 4-6 weeks allowing for a minimum of 2 sessions per week or more within the first program. After this, a re-assessment is scheduled to assess how your body is progressing. The reassessment results will determine the frequency of sessions for the next program. As life changes so will the amount of stress you experience, it’s these stressors that will directly affect your health and wellbeing and we can tailor treatment programs that work with you and your life.

Is Spinal Flow Therapy safe?Yes, Spinal Flow Technique is a safe and non-invasive form of physical therapy. The healing is promoted from within. Your therapist is there to help promote your innate ability to heal from traumas that are stored in the body in the form of blockages.

What should I wear to a Spinal Flow Therapy session?It’s recommended to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Avoid denim and restrictive clothing. This will allow a better point of contact with the access points along your spine and for you to be comfortable during the session. All treatments are done fully clothed.

How long does a Spinal Flow Therapy session last?Your first session we will allow up to 90 minutes, a comprehensive physical assessment, time to discuss your individual needs and outcomes and a 45-minute Spinal Flow treatment. After the initial assessment, each treatment will be 45 minutes of Spinal Flow Therapy.
